Getting in was super easy and the tickets worked without any issues. I just wish the fees weren’t so high, the final price felt a bit more than I wanted to spend.

I couldn’t hardly see the stage the whole night. My view was blocked pretty much the entire time, so it wasn’t exactly the experience I was hoping for.

The coffee was okay overall. It tasted fine and was perfectly drinkable, but it didn’t really stand out or feel like anything special. Not bad by any means, just not something I’d go out of my way for.

bluenote did what I needed it to do, so no real complaints there. I just found the pricing page a little frustrating because I had to poke around more than expected to figure out what was actually included.
It’s not a bad service by any means, I just wish the plan limits and extra costs were easier to spot upfront. By the time I found some of the details, I was already halfway into deciding.

I went to a live show here at first I was really into it. The band had a good vibe and a few songs sounded amazing. But then the sound got weirdly uneven, and suddenly I was like, wait, why can I barely hear this part? Some tracks were clear and fun, others just kind of got lost. Still, I had a decent night overall, just wish the audio had been more consistent

I ordered from bluenote.com and overall it was a smooth experience. The site was easy to browse, the product photos were clear, and I liked that the sizing and color options were laid out in a way that didn’t make me second-guess what I was buying.

The only downside was the shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t anything outrageous, but I did find myself checking the tracking a few times because it seemed to sit in one spot longer than expected.

That said, everything showed up in good condition, and the items were packed neatly with no damage or issues. I’m happy with the order overall and would shop there again, just probably not if I needed something right away.

The replies felt short and not all that helpful, almost like I was annoying them just by asking a question. I even had to ask the same thing twice before I got a clear answer. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it feels like companies never train their staff to actually help anymore. I expected better and probably won’t be rushing to order again.

I tried bluenote.com because I thought the music would sound richer, especially while I was making coffee on a rainy Tuesday morning. But once I started listening, it just felt kind of flat to me.
A few tracks came through muddy, especially with my headphones on, and I kept messing with the volume like it was my old car radio. Some songs were way louder than others too, which got annoying quickly.

I do like the music selection, and I found a couple of tracks I hadn’t heard in years, but the sound quality made it hard to really enjoy. Hopefully they clean that up because the rest of the site has potential.

I don’t know why, but the seats felt way too tight for me. I couldn’t really get comfortable at all, and the whole time I was just wishing there was a little more space...

I went in thinking it would have that cozy little jazz club feel, but it ended up feeling cramped and kind of tense. The tables were so close together that people kept brushing past me, and it was hard to settle in and actually enjoy the music

The lighting felt a bit harsh in certain spots, and the noise from the crowd seemed to bounce all over the room. It just didn’t feel like a special night out, more like getting squeezed into an overcrowded bar

I don’t know, the food was just kind of bland and had that slightly stale taste to it. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it definitely wasn’t something I’d order again
